The Rulebook

Unstable FFA is meant to be brutal, not unfair. These rules exist so the fight is decided by who played better, nothing else.

Conduct

Beating someone in the arena is the point. What happens around the fight is where these rules apply.

  • Beating someone in the arena is the point. Harassing them afterwards is not.
  • No discrimination of any kind: race, religion, gender, sexuality, nationality or disability.
  • No threats, doxxing, or sharing anyone's personal information. This one skips straight to a permanent ban.
  • Do not impersonate staff, other players, or the network itself.
  • Usernames, skins and capes must stay appropriate for a mixed-age server.
  • Staff instructions are final in the moment. Disagree with a call? Appeal it in Discord, not in chat.

Chat

Global chat is shared space. Keep it legible and staff can keep it moderated.

  • No spam, flooding, or repeating the same message to get attention.
  • No excessive caps. Trash talk is fine; a wall of shouting is not.
  • No advertising of other servers, Discords, channels or stores. Permanent ban, no warning.
  • No slurs or sexually explicit content, in chat or in private messages.
  • Keep global chat in English so staff can moderate it. Any language is welcome in DMs and Discord voice.
  • Politics and religion belong somewhere other than a PvP arena.

Fair play

Every line here comes down to one idea: the fight should be decided by you, not by software.

  • No hacked clients or modules: kill aura, reach, auto-clicker, velocity, fly, ESP, or anything that plays for you.
  • Allowed: performance and visual mods such as OptiFine, Sodium, Lunar, Badlion, and minimaps without entity radar.
  • No macros bound to combat actions. One input, one action.
  • No X-ray, resource packs that reveal ores or players, or fullbright abuse where the arena is meant to be dark.
  • Found a bug or a duplication glitch? Report it in Discord. Using it is a ban; reporting it is usually rewarded.
  • Refusing a staff screenshare when asked is treated the same as failing one.

Combat

The arena has few rules. These are them, and they exist so a win means something.

  • Combat logging counts as a death. Quitting mid-fight does not save your streak.
  • No organised teaming. Temporary alliances happen in an FFA; pre-arranged squads farming the arena do not.
  • No boosting: repeatedly killing a friend, an alt, or a willing target to inflate a streak.
  • No spawn camping. Give people the seconds they need to leave the spawn platform.
  • Do not use safe zones to heal mid-fight and re-enter. Step out or stay out.
  • Lag switching, packet manipulation, or deliberately crashing the server ends in a permanent ban.

Accounts & purchases

Your account is your responsibility, and the official store is the only place ranks come from.

  • No real-money trading of accounts, ranks, cosmetics or in-game items outside the official store.
  • No scamming, including fake giveaways, fake staff DMs, and phishing links.
  • Ban evasion with an alternate account extends the original punishment and bans the alt.
  • You are responsible for what happens on your account. "My friend was playing" is not a defence.
  • Chargebacks on store purchases result in a permanent ban and loss of every rank on the account.
  • Ranks, perks and cosmetics are only sold through the official store. Anyone offering them anywhere else is scamming you.

Punishments

Most punishments climb a ladder. Some skip it entirely. Staff can adjust a punishment up or down based on context, and every one of them can be appealed in Discord.

Frequently Asked Questions

I think my punishment was unfair. What now?

Open a ticket in Discord and include your username, roughly when it happened, and anything you have: a clip, a screenshot, a name. Appeals are reviewed by someone other than the staff member who issued the punishment. Arguing in global chat instead will not speed it up.

Which mods am I allowed to use?

Anything that changes how the game looks or performs is fine: OptiFine, Sodium, Lunar, Badlion, shaders, minimaps without entity radar, toggle sprint, and FPS counters. Anything that makes a decision for you is not, and that includes auto-clickers, reach extenders, and any form of aim assist. If you are unsure about a specific mod, ask in Discord before you use it.

Is teaming actually against the rules in a free-for-all?

Temporary alliances are part of an FFA and always will be. Two people backing off each other to deal with a third is fine. What is not fine is a fixed group that queues together, protects each other on sight, and farms everyone else. If staff cannot tell the difference from the outside, the deciding factor is whether it is happening repeatedly across sessions.

Does buying a rank give me an advantage?

Yes, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. Ranks come with perks, kits and commands that players without them do not have, and they stack as you move up the ladder. Cosmetics are the purely visual half of the store. Every rank shows in chat, so you always know who you are up against, and no rank swings a fight on its own.

Do the rules apply in Discord too?

Yes. Conduct and chat rules apply anywhere Raven's name is on the door, and punishments carry across both. Harassing someone in Discord about a fight in-game is still harassment.
